Who Can I Talk To

Who Can I Talk To

Who can I talk to?  I was alone and felt like there was no one I could talk to.  I felt embarrassed, even ashamed to call family or friends.  I was having a nervous breakdown.  Desperate and ready to get in my car and drive…just drive.  My instinct knows this is not me.  I needed someone to talk to and tell me what is happening.  I pick up the phone and call a lifeline for the first time.
