Change thinking in black & white to gray.
Mind your thinking into 2 words/phrases connected by ‘and’ in one sentence that contradict each other.
“My life is chaotic and peaceful.”
“I went through hell and I survived.”
“I feel sad and know things will change.”
See that negative and positive can co-exist.
Serenity is Peace among Chaos.
