Programs such as: A free, 10-week, peer-led, recovery education course open to any person with a serious mental illness. Peer-to-Peer emphasizes recovery from mental illness as a feasible, supportable goal and challenges the stigma often wrongly associated with mental illness.What does the course include? Peer-to-Peer consists of ten two-hour units and is taught by a team of two trained "Mentors" and a volunteer support person who are personally experienced at living well with mental illness. An outpatient facility has programs/group therapy for multiple mental disorders where you attend for certain amount hours during the week.  It is considered partial hospitalization. Please do not be afraid, whether it is help me-depression, help me-suicide, help me-etc., please reach out.  It is crucial to your health-mental.  Inside if you hear that voice whispering "help me" listen to it.
